In September 2002, approved by Baotou Rare Earth High-tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee, KONRE Pharma Glass Packaging Co.,ltd was formally established. With a total investment of 182 million CNY, the company has an annual output of 2 billion pharmaceutical glass bottles, 177 million food bottles and 130 million cosmetic bottles, which has been listed as the key project of 2003 by Baotou Municipal People's Government. The company has a registered capital of 140 million CNY, covers an area of 85.000 square meters and a building area of 63.000 square meters. It is wholly owned by Shandong Pharmaceutical Glass Co.,ltd, a listed company. The company's project construction uses advanced network engineering construction technology and other scientific management methods to accelerate the speed of project construction. The project was put into operation in the same year, and was awarded as 2003 excellent construction project by the Management Committee of High-tech Zone.
